  • MORE TIME TO FOCUS ON OTHER PERTINENT MATTERS, looking into the bigger picture and leaving the Sourcing and Recruitment for manpower and administration to us.
     

  • REDUCE IN DOCUMENTATION COST and time for preparation of offer letters, renewal of contract, disciplinary issues, i.e. warning letter and other related matters, which will be prepared by us.​

  • NO HIGH HEADCOUNT ISSUES if staff are outsourced to us. Manpower cost to the company is no longer a fixed cost but a variable cost.

  • WE SHALL UPFRONT THE SALARIES on a 30 days term.

  • THE ATTRITION RATE/EMPLOYEE TURNOVER WILL BE EFFECTIVELY MANAGED. We shall endeavor to retain the Contract Staff for you by being in close communication with them and your Management team.

  • Under the outsourcing method, Contract Staff will be on a probationary contractual period of at least six (6) months. DURING THIS TIME THE MANAGEMENT WILL HAVE ADEQUATE TIME TO EVALUATE THE STAFF, in terms of their attitude to work, work performance, honesty, reliability, medical habits, attendance, meticulousness, ownership etc., before deciding to either extend or absorb the Contract Staff to permanent.
