Salary: RM2,500 (Negotiable)

Requirements:
✔ SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in Oleochemical, Food manufacturing
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety & quality standards
✔ Team player with a proactive attitude
Key Responsibilities:
🔬 Sample Analysis: Conduct tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
🛢️ Sampling & Inspection: Collect samples from storage tanks, tankers, and ensure proper tank cleaning
⚖️ Lab Work: Prepare and standardize solutions, maintain equipment, and document test results
🛡️ Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to QHSE, Food Safety, Responsible Care, and Energy Management Systems
🏭 Housekeeping & Supervision: Maintain a safe lab environment and lead a team of lab assistants

Are you an experienced Purchasing Manager looking for a dynamic opportunity in the Oleochemical or Palm Oil Refinery manufacturing industry? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and take charge of raw material procurement and overall purchasing functions.
Key Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Oleochemical or Oil Refinery manufacturing.
✔ Strong knowledge of purchasing raw materials (CPO, CPKO, RBDST, etc.).
✔ Familiarity with QHSAS and Food Safety Management systems.
✔ Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
✔ Mandarin-speaking preferred, but non-Mandarin speakers with strong industry experience will be considered.
✔ Mature, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and oversee all raw material purchases, ensure contract follow-ups, oil compliance, and coordinate deliveries with suppliers and production.
✅ Procure spare parts, packaging materials, lab, and process chemicals while ensuring budget control and adherence to purchasing procedures.
✅ Monitor market trends and material availability, ensuring competitive sourcing.
✅ Ensure quality and specification compliance for all received goods.
✅ Implement and maintain the company’s QHSE, Food Safety Management System, and Responsible Care Program.
✅ Provide training and awareness for employees on safety culture and compliance.
✅ Adhere to and implement Energy Management System requirements.
